Site ownership: The site is the exclusive property of GLG SAS in its entirety, as well as all related rights. All reproduction, integral or partial, is prohibited unless express and prior permission of Desineo.fr.

1. Acceptance of terms and conditions of sale

The customer acknowledges that prior to the order was placed on the terms and conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly accepts them without reservation. These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Desineo and his client. They will prevail over any other conditions contained in any other document, unless GLG SAS has a prior, express and written waiver.
These terms and conditions of sale may be changed at any time by GLG SAS without notice. The applicable conditions will be those in effect on the site at the time of the validation of the order.

2. Order

Automatic recording systems are considered to be worth proof of the nature and content of the command. Desineo.fr confirms the acceptance of his order to the customer at the email address that the customer has communicated. 3. Price and payment

The price is expressed in Euros and all taxes included.
The price shown on the product listings does not include transportation.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed all taxes included and including VAT for France and the EEC countries. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and preserving the products, the costs of transport, insurance and commissioning.
The price is payable in cash on the day of the order confirmation.
Payment is made:

4. Property reserve clause

Express agreement, and in accordance with the provisions of the law of May 12, 1980, the products ordered remain the property of Desineo.fr until the full payment of their price by the customer. In the event of non-performance of its obligations by the customer, regardless of the cause, Desineo.fr will be entitled to demand the immediate return of the products at the customer's expense, risk and peril.

5. Availability and shipping of products

All deadlines announced on the w siteww.desineo.fr workdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Each product sheet shows:

Availability times may also be changed at the supplier's and/or manufacturer's initiative.
In such cases, the availability times will be those in effect at the time of the validation of the payment by credit card or at the time of receipt of the transfer or cheque.
If products are unavailable at our suppliers:
Definitive unavailability: www.desineo.encenters to offer the customer replacement items or to reimburse him for the missing items, without delay and no later than 14 days in accordance with the provisions of Article L138-1 to L138-6 of the Consumer Code.
Temporary unavailability: www.desineo.en informs the customer of the date when the product will be available again. The customer then has the option to maintain his order with these new deadlines or to cancel it. In the latter case, Desineo.fr undertakes to refund the missing items without delay and no later than 14 days in accordance with the provisions of Articles L138-1 to L138-6 of the Consumer Code. Shipments to the DOM-TOM will be subject to acceptance of the package in the hold.

6. Delivery

The delivery of orders is carried out by independent suppliers of the company Desineo and within the time announced by these providers. The delays announced by these providers are usually 48-72 hours for packages under 30 kg and more than 72 hours for packages over 30 kg.

To report to Desineo.fr any difficulties related to the delivery, the customer has an online order tracking.

Desineo.fr undertakes to do what is necessary to ensure that orders are delivered within 30 days of the online bank card payment or the receipt of settlements by transfer or cheque. The carrier undertakes, by contract with Desineo.fr, to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by Desineo.fr.
In addition, for deliveries outside metropolitan France, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value-added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country receiving the order.

7. Guarantee

All technical items benefit from a contractual guarantee of at least one year from the manufacturer. Some are guaranteed 2 years or more (see description of each article). Extensions of guarantees are only valid in Metropolitan France and Corsica.

Any return must be preceded by the prior agreement of Desineo.fr and the allocation of a return number. Returns must be sent to:

Excluded from any guarantee:

Damage due to handling, connection error (whether made with the original accessories or other accessories substituted by the customer), misuse or abnormal use, intentional physical modification or accidental.

Spare parts or accessories whose replacement results from their normal wear, or routine maintenance operations: light bulbs, batteries, seals, etc.

The cost of transporting and modifying the device, in case of a recall by the manufacturer for serial defect.

Damage due to an external event (lightning, water damage, etc.).

Interventions carried out on the device by any person not mandated by the After-Sales Service as well as the malfunctions and deteriorations resulting from such an intervention.

Steam generators must be protected from limestone, abnormal limestone wear would void the manufacturer's warranty.
Any event about an order of any kind may not be received beyond 60 days outside the warranty applicable to a particular product.

8. Limitation of liability

The information given on the site, photographs, product listings, prices ... are given as an indication. www.desineo.fr strives to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on the site. Errors that may have entered them are accidental and corrected as soon as possible.
In accordance with the current texts, Desineo.fr is not responsible for the non-performance or poor performance of the contract which would be attributable either to the consumer, the insurmountable and unpredictable fact of a third party to the contract or to a case of major force. Our products are intended to be installed by professionals. Any improper installation or accident related to poor installation and/or use, and lack of maintenance would not jeopardize the liability of GLG SAS.

9. Retraction

In accordance with the provisions of articles L121-21 to L121-21-8 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product in its original packaging in perfect resale condition, for replacement or refund.

Otherwise, the package will be refused. The refund will take place within 14 days of the date the customer exercised his right to withdraw (Article L121-21 to L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code).

10. Legal information

Personal information about the customer is essential for the processing and delivery of orders, the establishment of invoices and warranty contracts. The lack of information results in the order being not validated. In accordance with the Computer and Freedoms Act, the processing of personal information relating to customers has been the subject of a declaration to the National Commission for Information Technology and Freedoms (CNIL).

In addition www.desineo.fr undertakes not to disclose, free of charge or with consideration, the contact information of its customers to a third party.

11. Data Protection Commitment
