I have not received my Colissimo... what to do?


  •  The tracked comes by mail in two to three business days. It is delivered against signature or deposit without a signature at the delivery address indicated in your order form.
  •  Absent, La Poste leave you a notice, you stating the conditions for withdrawal of your parcel. The time to withdraw your parcel is generally 15 days, usually to the nearest post office.
  •  Different situations may occur:
    1. If your package is announced "returned to sender", our customer service will contact you the day of reception of the parcel to back you in the best conditions.
    2. If your package is "pending in the post", locate your Colissimo and your identity card number in order to remove the packages in the specified Agency.

The return


What are my options to return my package?


Three choices are available to you:


  1. The Exchange: DESINEO.FR items are exchangeable if it are still in their original packaging in perfect condition in a time of 9 days.
  2. Refund: If you make the request, DESINEO.FR can reimburse you your order within a period of 7 days. We re - will credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.


That supports the cost of my return?


  •  The product does not give you satisfaction? With DESINEO.FR, you get 7 days to the date of receipt of the package to return us the item (s) (s) concerned.
  •  If the delivery error comes from DESINEO, defective products, bad reference costs will be at our expense. For a simple exchange fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
