Orders are delivered by independent suppliers from Desineo and within the timeframe announced by these suppliers. The deadlines announced by these providers are usually 48-72 hours for packages less than 30kg and more than 72 hours for packages over 30kg.
To notify www.desineo.fr any difficulties related to delivery, the customer has an online order tracking.
Desineo.fr undertakes to ensure that orders are delivered within 30 days of validating the payment by online bank card or receiving payments by transfer or cheque. The carrier, for its part, undertakes, by contract with Desineo.fr, to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by Desineo.fr.
In addition, for deliveries outside metropolitan France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due to the importation of products, customs duties, value added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country receiving the order.

The non-compliance that appears beyond 6 months after the purchase and before 2 years is not presumed to exist as soon as the property is issued, this must be proven by the buyer for the seller to be responsible (by means of expertise, for example).
Careful: The legal guarantee of compliance cannot be used for apparent defects when purchasing.
The seller must then replace or repair the product free of charge within 30 days.
If it is unable to perform, and if the defect is major, it must:
